While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Support response times vary by plan level as specified in our pricing documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant-UGC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use or inability to use our service.
